Hello Swirly Bird
I love the Swirly Bird Stamp Set and when I saw the idea to stamp on die cut letters I knew exactly which stamp set I would be using. I love the outcome and I hope you do too.

Hey, Chick Card
Hey, Chick is by far my favorite Sale-A-Bration item this year. These chicks are just too cute plus they make me think of my mom and sisters. My mom has always love roosters, hens and chicks and has decorated her home with them for years. It seemed like every birthday and Christmas we were buying her more. At some point she had to get rid of some to add newer ones. At least I think she got rid of them, they may just be in the garage. Our house even got daubed the Chicken Coop at some point, having 7 daughters I'm sure played a role in this along with the decor. I'm sure there was lots of cackling going on! LOL!!!
The other reason this set makes me think of my sisters is because of the crazy hair on the one bird. We always tease each other about having crazy hair or not combing our hair. We all have long hair and it can sometimes be hard to tame the frizz. We especially tease one of our sisters who shall remain nameless.... or shall she? I guess you might need to watch the video below to find out.
Have a great weekend everyone!

Sweet & Sassy Treat Box
The Sweet & Sassy Framelits are a must have especially for Valentine projects. I used them along with the Sealed with Love stamp set to make a cute heart shaped treat box.
I really wanted to make a Valentine's project that was pink rather than red. Right now SU! has an awesome suite of Valentine's products but the dsp is red and white so all the ideas I have been seeing focus on those colors. I guess I was feeling the need to be different, lol!
My original box could not stand up on its own but when I set it down on its side it gave me the idea to make a heart box that lays on its side, I am really happy with the way it turned out and know I can adapt it to other colors and even use DSP for decorating and it will be just as cute. If you decide to make a heart box similar, I hope you will share it with me because I would love to see it.

Paisley Box
It feels good to be able to post a new video, the past few weeks have been super busy and I just couldn't get anything done. I am trying to get back to my normal routine but life has been busy so it has been hard. Time management is always a hard thing to stick to but it must be done or nothing gets done.
Anyway, today I am sharing a video on how to make a box that holds a Hershey bar, yum! I hope you enjoy it and I hope it inspires you to be creative today!

Cookie Cutter Halloween Treats
The Cookie Cutter stamp sets in the Holiday Catalog are just so cute. I'm sure they are going to be one of the top selling items this year. I've already used the Halloween set several times in my crafting.
Today's project was inspired from a little box I found at a hotel I stayed at this summer. It held a shower cap in it but my little box holds a couple Ghirardelli chocolates in them. Chocolate is way better than a shower cap. Anyway I brought the little box home to use as a template and these cute little guys are what I created.
To make the box you will need a piece of card stock or DSP cut at 5.5" x 7".
Score on the 7" side at 3/4", 11/2", 4", & 4 3/4"
Score on the 5" side at 2 3/8" & 4 5/8"
The belly band is 1/2" x 7" strip of card stock
The largest circle is a 2" circle.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact me. Enjoy the video tutorial and have a great day!

Feather Together
The Feather Together stamp set is so pretty and has some pretty sentiments too. Today I paired this set with the Timeless Texture stamp set to create a fun background. The Timeless Texture background is so fun to work with, it has several different background images that are fun to mix together.
I hope you enjoy the video and have a great day!

Thoughtful Branches Fall Card
Today I wanted to show you another way to use the Thoughtful Branches stamp set. I am dreaming of Fall because I am so over these summer heatwaves. I am definitely not a summer girl. I much prefer fall or spring. Anyway since I am longing for cooler days I thought I'd show you a fall card.

Foxy Friends Treat Box
The Foxy Friends stamp set is just too cute! It was definitely on my wish list from the moment a saw the new annual catalog but I thought I could hold off on ordering it for a little while but I was wrong and ended up ordering it just a couple weeks later.
I decided to use it this week for one of our stamp club projects. I knew I wanted to create a treat holder and so I used a KitKat as my starting point. I created an open top box for my club members to make and it was very fun but the more I looked at the box it kept reminding me of a pack of playing cards so I decided to recreate the box with a flip lid. To see how I made this box make sure to watch my video.
I hope you have a great weekend!
